Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments made for services offered through the IP Climb platform, including but not limited to contract analysis tools, intellectual property services, and related offerings, are generally non-refundable once the service request has been initiated or the analysis process has commenced.

Users may request cancellation of a service only before the commencement of the review, analysis, or processing of the submitted request. In such cases, IP Climb may, at its sole discretion, approve the cancellation and process a refund of the amount paid, after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges or administrative costs.

Where a service involves review or analysis of agreements (including but not limited to RightsLens™ or DealGuard™), the service shall be deemed to have commenced once the agreement or required information has been submitted by the user and acknowledged by the IP Climb team. Upon such commencement, cancellation requests may not be entertained and refunds may not be issued.

For services involving intellectual property filings, registrations, or applications (including but not limited to copyright or trademark registration assistance), payments made towards professional services, consultation, or filing preparation are non-refundable once the engagement has begun or documents have been processed.  However, any statutory filing fees payable to the respective government registries may be refunded only if a cancellation request is received and accepted prior to the submission of the application with the concerned registry. Once an application has been filed with the relevant authority, statutory fees shall not be refundable.

IP Climb reserves the right to decline or cancel a service request if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or if the requested service cannot be reasonably performed. In such cases, IP Climb may, at its discretion, provide a refund of the amount paid after deducting any applicable administrative or payment processing charges.

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting the IP Climb team through the official contact details provided on the website. Any approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period through the original mode of payment, subject to the policies of the payment gateway or financial institution involved.
